This project provided a new Letter Carrier Depot for Canada Post Corporation in Ancaster, ON.
Our Client was a Project Management Company (MHPM Project Managers). The Site has a pre-existing slope which was utilized for High Dock Loading at the rear of the building and CPC Transport Fleet Parking.
The Building was restricted to a GFA of 1.731.43 sq.m. and was designed to meet CPC and Barrier-free Standards. The Building obtained LEED Silver Certification.

An Admin. and Support Area including a Lunch Room / Meeting Room, Washrooms (Male & Female), Barrier-free “Special” WC, Lockers (Male / Female), Janitors Room, Superintendent Office, Supervisors (Computer) Office Area, IT / Telephone / Electrical Room, and Security Room.
Exterior of Building to allow for 18 at Grade Docks, 3 Flush Low Docks and 1 High Dock c/w Dock Leveller on Interior. Exterior to allow for Garbage / Recycling Pick Up Area, and Taxi Queuing (2 Spaces). Parking compliment to include 16 Corporate vehicles, 5 Handicapped, 2 Visitor, 110 Employee (includes RR, SS and CUS Vehicles)
