This Project provided a second Arena / Ice-surface to an existing single pad Arena in Georgetown, Ontario .In addition, a new Ice-making / Refrigeration Room and Ice re-surfacing Machine Room was provided.
New Change Rooms, WC’s and Mechanical / Electrical Service Rooms were provided. A Mezzanine space was provided for future use over the new Change Room / WC space.
The new Arena facility provided two interior viewing areas as well as a “Warm Viewing” Area as part of a new Entry / Gallery/ Refreshment Area. The Project included a new Parking area and vehicular access route and entrance.
