Woodside Branch Library, Feasibility Study for Oakville Public Library

The Woodside Branch Library Feasibility Study was initiated by the Oakville Public Library in 1992.  The purpose of the Study was to review renovation and addition design options to accommodate:      

  • an increase in the areas population
  • allow for possible site redevelopment and reconfiguration of the existing Library property
  • allow for better public access (existing building is two floors), an increase in collection size and efficient staffing and public servicing.

Union Presbyterian Church Ontario Fire Code Upgrades

Union Presbyterian Church is an historic rural Church in the north of the Town of Halton Hills. As a result of a Field Inspection, the Halton Hills Fire Department recommended that a Life Safety Study be conducted to ascertain Fire hazard risks and solutions under the Ontario Fire Code Upgrade Programme.

Lincoln Public Library Facility Development Feasibility Study

The Lincoln Public Library Board retained consulting services to study the consolidation of two small existing branch libraries in east Lincoln into a single new facility.  The objectives of the study were to review the existing facilities, review new possible branch library sites, including joint use with the Lincoln Board of Education, and to develop a functional programme.

Boston Presbyterian Church, Ontario Fire Code Upgrades

Boston Presbyterian Church was previously Designated (by Eric Connolly) under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.
As a result of a Field Inspection, the Halton Hills Fire Department recommended that a Life Safety Study be conducted to ascertain Fire hazard risks and solutions under the Ontario Fire Code Upgrade Programme.
